CONGRESSMAN THOMPSON ANNOUNCES HUD FUNDING FOR TUNICA COUNTY
BOLTON, MS - October 1, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced that the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development will provide Economic Development Initiative Special Project funds to the County in the amount of $902,500.00
The funds will provide county with resources to restore existing buildings, construction of addition to the visitors centers, and exhibit design to form a combined visitors centers, blues exhibit and gift shop into a Blues Gateway in the Mississippi Delta.
