The Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) will partner with Senator David Blount to host two housing fairs in the Jackson area on Tuesday, November 12 and Thursday, November 14. The first fair will be held at the Metrocenter Mall in the Community Meeting Room from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The second housing fair will be held in Byram at the Trinity Wesleyan Church, 6950 Siwell Road, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

The Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) awarded approximately $8.7 million of Housing Tax Credits to developments across the State. Financing provided by the sale of the tax credits to investors will help developers build or rehabilitate 959 units in 11 different Mississippi counties. Inc., have agreed to pay $27,000 to settle a lawsuit involving violations of the Fair Housing Act.
